Position: Customer Care Associate, part time term position. This position is a term position starting February 14 and ending May 30 with the possibility of extension.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to facilitate the fulfillment of customer orders, as well as identify the need for service recovery and/or dispute resolution.
Work Performed
- Enter inbound orders into the payment and production systems.
- Answer client questions by telephone and email.
- Enter text into templates to create print proofs for clients.
- Make suggestions to the operations manager for the improvement of the customer care operations and its integration with the rest of the organization.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and trends.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum two years experience assisting customers in making purchase decisions in person, over the phone and/or by email.
- Able to work quickly and accurately.
- Possess a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Experience producing documents in word processing programs like Microsoft Word.
- Positive, optimistic, and can-do attitude.
