Pricing includes up to 30% ink coverage. Please note that if your design exceeds this, a price increase may apply. Refer to your invoice, our artwork guidelines or contact us for more details.

Please note a $35 set-up fee will apply for a logo on the front and a custom Pantone color used throughout, or $95 for a logo on the cover, a custom Pantone color used throughout, and custom URL on all months, or $120 for 100% custom artwork.
