Double-Sided Plantable Wine Bottle Neck Tag

These wine bottle tags are great for client gifts, in-store green promotions and wine tastings. These plantable seed wine tags are made with post-consumer waste and recycles themself into wildflowers when planted. Send us your artwork, we'll print and die-cut the pieces.
