What is an eco-friendly paper? In our opinion it is the plantable paper made by Botanical PaperWorks. Here's why:

  • Our paper is made with post-consumer waste. We collect used paper from local business within a five mile radius. We then batch up our collections to reduce gas emissions and save landfills several tons of paper per year since many of our collection locations were formerly throwing out their excess paper rather than recycling it.
  • Our paper recycles itself into wildflowers. Our eco-friendly paper grows wildflowers when planted, which means your garden does the work of recycling the paper rather than increasing the burden on city recycling and disposal programs.
  • Our paper provides habitats for bees. Bees, one of our world's pollinators, are essential to the production of crops and our food supply. When Botanical Paperworks' eco-friendly paper is planted it grows into wildflowers, providing a habitat for bees and helping them thrive.

Our eco-friendly paper has a direct and positive impact on the environment, and here are the facts! Ever year, by collecting scrap paper and converting it into plantable products, we:

  • Save 84 trees
  • Conserve enough oxygen for 42 people
  • Save 36,138 gallons of water
  • Reduce CO2 emissions by 7,835 lbs

Additionally, in the environment where we make the paper, we employ many other eco-friendly best practices including producing with minimal impact, running a paperless office, using biodegradable cleaning supplies, using public transportation and much, much more.
