Strategy and Execution

Chehalem is a vineyard winery with a mission to treat the land with great care and to continue creating a sustainable future. Their wine is produced purely, with minimal processing and without compromising great fruit. The name Chehalem translates to ‘Valley of Flowers’ in the native Calapooia language in the Willamette Valley. Seed paper was a natural fit with the company’s sense of place and B Corp values.

The company distributed the seed paper wine bottle neck tags to various retailers from their networks who wanted to participate in the program. They also shipped the tags out with purchases made through the company website. If the program achieves successful brand awareness and engagement in a year, Chehalem will make it an annual, turnkey program, allowing them to continue to promote their B Corp initiatives.
