These sweet little cards give your guests a seeded shape to plant tucked inside a card with your custom message, making them great for all kinds of occasions. Use them for birthday parties, weddings, showers and more! The plantable heart shape has seeds embedded in it so that your guests can plant it after to grow wildflowers. Simply pick your favorite Color and customize the front and backer messaging with your personalized details to make it your own.

Wildflower Seed Mix: Grows a blend of colorful wildflowers including Bird’s Eye, Clarkia, Black Eyed Susan, Sweet Alyssum, Catchfly and Snapdragon.
Aqua, Berry Purple, Blue, Brick Red, Coral, Cornflower Blue, Dove Grey, Hot Pink, Latte, Lavender, Marigold Yellow, Olive Green, Pink, Purple, Teal
Plant seed paper under 1/8" of soil. Water thoroughly. Place in a sunny corner and keep moist during germination.
